We were completely reliant on Checkatrade to discover us a trustworthy tradesperson for our renovation project. We joined and listed our requirements, but unfortunately, we were left high and dry.

Checkatrade's response/customer service/support has been dismissive/useless/unhelpful, leaving us feeling frustrated/angry/betrayed.

It's clear to us that Checkatrade puts the emphasis on their own profits over the well-being/satisfaction/rights of customers. We demand/request/urge fair compensation/justice/accountability for this injustice/wrongdoing/terrible experience.

We thought we were doing the right thing by using Checkatrade to find a reputable plumber/electrician/contractor. After all, they seemed so reliable with their vetted traders. Boy, were we wrong! Our experience was nothing short of a disaster.

Then, the response from the "qualified" trader was lackluster/awful/terrible. He was unprofessional/rude/disrespectful and sent us a quote that was outrageous/ridiculous/way too high. We tried to talk about the issues, but he was adamant/unwilling/stubborn to compromise/negotiate/change.

In the end, we ended up getting ripped off by this so-called "vetted" trader. Checkatrade's support was equally useless/incompetent/unhelpful. They offered us a pathetic excuse/blamed the trader/did nothing.

We're left feeling disappointed and warn everyone against using them for your tradesman needs.
